Your greatest gifts are birthed through your deepest wounds.
Did you really think that your deep wounds were there to just torture you? To create suffering for the remainder of your life?
Do you ever think that you were dealt a bad hand? God made a mistake?
Our wounds are our deepest and most profound lessons.
The only caveat.... is that we must first, overcome and heal that wound.
If you are still holding it hostage and seeing it from a place of victimhood, then it’s not ready to be alchemized into your greatest gift.
Sometimes this can take a million years to work through and heal. Jk, just feels this way.
I invite you to begin the exploration process.
Look at your greatest wound.
The one that still aches.
The one that keeps you sad, hurt and depressed.
If you’re ready, declare to yourself that you are ready to heal and alchemize this.
Make a commitment to yourself that you are going to face this.
If it feels too big, hire a coach/mentor.
Begin journaling about it.
Start to explore the wound with child-like eyes and see it from all perspectives.
Be patient with yourself, this sometimes could take years.
Ask your Higher Power for assistance and guidance.
Do some inner-child work around this wound.
Peel back the layers to find the core pain.
What does it feel like when you revisit this story?
Can you notice any sensations in your body when you revisit the wound? Where?
You see, when we acquire these wounds, we don’t have the adequate tools to process them in the moment. So we stuff them down, numb them out and wait for the day to come that we have the tools and courage to heal.
The longer we allow the wound to stay stagnant in the body, the more it grows and festers.
I can promise you this... once you’ve reached the other side of the healing mountain, you will feel 1000x lighter.
You will begin to see how this was really a blessing.
You will miraculously attract people into your life who carry this same or similar wound.
Your path to wholeness will act as a healing balm for those who are still in the victim mentality carrying the same wound as you were.
Allow your wounds to be your greatest gifts.
The world needs your medicine more than ever right now.
There are many souls that are waiting to receive the gift of your medicine.
