Beloved, here is the plan:
- This is a 12 week intensive one on one container.
- We will virtually meet for 60 minute sessions once a week.
- Creating a safe space so that you feel comfortable to look at the areas of your life that are unsatisfying, and unfulfilling. And so that you feel confident and held to go into these deeper spaces within yourself that have once frightened you.
- Identifying where the blocks are so that you clearly see the unconscious patterns and stories that are holding you back.
- Setting goals for what you want to see changed through this work so that you stay focused on the future you are creating.
- I will gently guide you through processes of healing and integrating your trauma.
- We integrate and practice ways for you to know how to navigate fear when it arises so that you never feel overwhelmed when it comes to showing up for your goals in life, love, business and beyond.
- Through this practice you will come to know yourself, know your worth and create new goals for your life that you never thought possible so that you get to come to experience the life that you deserve.

- Breathwork: so that you get right to the core of the trauma through bypassing the mind and diving right into where the pain is stuck in the body.

- Shattering Fears: so you can move with courage towards your dreams.
- Continual Support: so that you know you have an ally to walk this path with you.
